This research deals with the study and analysis of “Kitab Alkasb” from book “Ihya Ulum al-Deen” Al-Ghazali, aims objectively to identify controls contained in book, extrapolating analyzing light contemporary Islamic economic application what economy has reached today. referred al-Ghazali’s most important statements concerning earnings, its methods, presented it realities that we live today, by presenting applications related provisions he referred. concluded a set results, total, Alkasb Al-Ghazali formes rich base will control behavior customers market provide them they care about daily transactions, as well establish strong structure regulates practices, addition fact relations individuals depend on existence cooperative motives based The deen (religion) is naseehah (advice, sincerity), this rule following controls, which would achieve fair competition among customers, It brings better position than full competition.
